Research On Purchasing Management Of Jinyuan Company

The world's growing demand for cars,has brought opportunity to the auto parts industry in our country,also poses a challenge.At present,many of the world's top auto parts company has been in China,the development of China's automobile industry has brought available technical resources,also on the technology and supply chain to our country enterprise to produce the oppression,makes China's auto parts industry competition is increasingly fierce.In addition,because of low technical level,short of advanced talents and low efficiency purchasing management problem,the auto parts enterprises in our country is faced with huge development bottleneck.Whether from the point of the market economy environment,or their own survival,the continuous improvement of purchasing management is an important path to improve the enterprise economic efficiency,reduce costs,enhance competitiveness.However,at present,there are still a lot of small and medium-sized automobile parts enterprises did not pay enough attention to purchase management,which lead to low efficiency of procurement management,unable to meet the requirements of the development of the enterprise.Therefore,how to help small and medium-sized enterprise to optimize procurement business,has become a problem to be solved.Jinyuan company is a representative of the small and medium-sized automobile parts enterprises,this study can be used for reference for the procurement management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.Firstly this paper expounds the research background and significance of the thesis,points out that under the current market economy,the company's reform of purchasing management is imperative.This paper introduces the basic concept of purchasing management,and briefly reviews the theory and method of purchasing management related to thesis research.At the same time,the research idea and chapter arrangement of this paper are introduced.Secondly,this paper gives a brief introduction to the basic situation of Jinyuan company.This paper analyzes and summarizes some problems that may exist in the current procurement management.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current procurement activities,some feasible solutions are proposed.In the end,the paper also summarizes and prospected the research work.
