Research On Copper Procurement Management Solution Of AS Auto Parts Company

In current era of information technology and Internet + economy,the world exchanges and interconnects,most of information becomes transparency and spreads quickly.At most recent years,the world economy is waving largely and raw materials market is rising sharply,the manufactory enterprises are facing the huge pressure of cost incurring,that is showing in purchased cost in most a way.AS company as a professional auto parts manufactory factory,is also encoutering unstable demand from customer side,that has caused a high inventory to ensure continuous deliveries to customer,and of course occupy a lot of corporate capital.Now this thesis analyzes from the procurement of copper materials on how AS company can escape or decrease those issues,much measures must be taken in time to find and correct existing problems in procurement process,to do cost down as well as improve profit,to enhance its competitive edge.Then AS company can keep pace with the development megatrends of global economy.This thesis studies the existing problems of copper materials' procurement management in details,these main problems include too long time for the approval procedure on the Purchasing Requisition and Purchasing Order,copper inventory too high,incomplete method for copper price analysis,unharmonious relationship with key copper supplier and imperfect informatization management,also dig out the key reasons that caused these problems.In the solving solutions,this thesis applies quantitative analysis for procurement order strategy and purchasing invntory reduction including TCO model,ABC classification purchase method,VMI-JIT combination method,EOQ quantity-price discount model and supplier selection model linked with procurement management thoery on the basis of supply chain model,also apply qualitative analysis for copper purchasing order approval procedure,supplier relationship and procurement informatization management,and come up with its solving idea.Aiming at the actual situation of copper purchase in AS company,this thesis has optimized the procedure of purchasing requisition and purchasing order,has submitted the solutions on purchasing price decision,and copper delivery method and inventory reduction strategy,has also proposed some directions and measures to supplier relationship management and procurement informatization management.Parts of research achievements in this thesis have been carried out in AScompany and have seen some effects.Hope all these measures can achieve an ideal performance to the copper procurement management in AS company once they are put into effect completetly,and hope these optimization measures can provide a beneficial reference to other auto parts enterprise in this industry.
