A Study On Multi-project Management Mode Optimization Of Small And Medium-sized Construction Enterprises Base On S Company

Base on current theories and take the S company as the basic object of study and optimize its multi-project management mode,this Paper tries to provide effective references on multi-projects managent for small and medium-sized construction enterprises to enhance their management capability on multi-projects and realize their overall stratagic targets.The Paper makes research mainly on the followings:Analyse and summarize the concept and connotation of multi-projects management base on current theories,and analyse the main contents of multi-projects management according to characteristics of construction enterprises.Take the S Company as the study foundation,the Paper analyses the current management state of S Company through its three projects under constructing,and analyses problems exist in multi-project management of S Company via questionnaire investigation and via gathering and sorting suggustions from administrative staff of the company and different management levels,so as to provide guidances for possible optimized orientations of multi-projects management mode,as follows:Organization Management: The Paper firstly analyses existed problems of multi-project management in current organization mode and then puts forward requirements of multi-project management on the organization structure.Under the guidance aforesaid,the Paper brings out a new organization mode of multi-project management,that is process-oriented organization structure mode;and finally sets up the supported organization for multi-project management,that is Project Management Office.Resource Distribution and Optimization: The Paper firstly analyses the key resource of multi-project management for small and medium-sized enterprises,then presents the solution of resourse distribution and optimization,and finally set up process-optimized pattern for resource-constrained multi-project base on critical chain method(CCM)according to CCM and Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling approach.Integrated Information Management Platform: The Paper analyses the information management of multi-project management,then propose the framework of integrated information management platform,and lastly analyses several key processes of the platform.Through the study,the Paper tries to make a little bit promoting contribution to enrich the multi-project management theory of small and medium-sized enterprises,and provide some certain reference for the multi-project management practices.
