Clearance is a very important parameter of the bearing.It has a great influence on the bearing load distribution,noise,vibration,running accuracy and wear.As the clearance increases,the bearing area of the bearing will decrease and the stress at the contact surface will increase.If the clearance is too small,the bearing will have too high heat,and even the phenomenon of bearing seizure will occur.Therefore,choosing the proper clearance value can improve the smooth running of the bearing and increase its service life.In this paper,based on the bearing structure and its characteristics,based on the rolling bearing dynamics and HERTZ contact theory,the influence of the bearing clearance on the load is analyzed;the three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the tapered roller bearing entity is established using Pro/E,considering the different axial travel The stress distribution of the various components of the tapered roller bearing under the gap,the stress changes of the various components under different clearances are obtained,an optimal clearance value is compared,and the dynamic analysis model of the tapered roller bearing is established through the Workbench.A transient analysis was carried out to extract the equivalent stress of the whole,roller,inner ring and outer ring at 20 ms,and the maximum stress of the tapered roller bearing occurred on the roller and at the edge of the small end face of the roller.Followed by the inner ring,and finally the outer ring;under the same load conditions,the maximum equivalent stress obtained from the transient analysis is close to the maximum equivalent stress obtained from the static analysis;the rolling bearing fatigue life theory is based on the fatigue life theory of the rolling bearing.Derive the contact stress on the roller after the correction of the value,and then by the relationship between the S-N,determine the contact stress after correction Roller lifetime value,so that the fatigue life of the inference value corresponding to the axial play.
