Implement And Application Of Management In Design Projects During The Designing Process Of Space Design

With the development of the design industry,in order to improve efficiency and quality of design as well as to expand the scope of the enterprise and increase the influence of the enterprise,design management comes gradually into the view of the designers.As the branch of design Management,design project management is the most useful knowledge in daily working,which considered the core of design management.Design management develops slowly because of the weak links between the academy and the practice,and mainly focuses on product design,bran design,graphic design but less on space design,which is short of the theoretical direction.This article divides into five parts:The first part tells the introduction of the research;The second part tells the review of the theory of design management and design project management;The third part sums up and analyses the status quo and the problems of design project management by investigating the famous enterprises of space design;The fourth part raises some strategies of optimizing the status quo and the problems of design project management and lays down a frame of design project management process in common space design;The last part introduces a case of space design which based on the frame of design project management.Based on the theory of design management and in order to be used in practical design,this research raises a frame of design project management process in common space design to show some guidance in daily design workings for the space design enterprises and the designers.
