Modern enterprises apply performance management to production management,improve production efficiency,motivate employees' work enthusiasm,and make employees actively invest in the process of enterprise value creation,so as to achieve their strategic goals.Performance management as an important method of business management,get more and more attention and application of enterprise,performance management index system of strategic goal of bearing company,under the specific measure of performance,not only the performance management index system to evaluate the overall performance of enterprises,but also can be found in the enterprise management problems.By combining performance management theory and performance management index system design,this paper reveals the essences of performance management and the necessity and significance of GS electric power design company's performance management index system.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part mainly expounds the research background and significance,and the related research status at home and abroad are summarized,and briefly introduces the content of the study;the second part elaborates the related theory of performance management,including the meaning and characteristics of the definition of performance and performance management,and the main methods of constructing the performance management index system the third part;combined with the actual situation of GS electric power design company,a detailed analysis of its original performance management index system,and sums up the existing problems;the fourth part is based on the GS power meter for the status quo,the target decomposition,key performance indicators,balanced scorecard method construction from the enterprise to the Department,from department staff to the index system;the fifth part mainly from the organizational performance guarantee mechanism to improve the management performance of cultural construction in four aspects The design surface,in order to ensure the implementation of performance management index system.
