Hydraulic motor is an important executive element in the hydraulic transmission system,which can convert the pressure of a liquid into a mechanical energy and is widely used in engineering machinery and mining machinery.At present,the hydraulic motor usually uses mineral oil as the working medium.But in metallurgical mines and coal mines,because of the inflammable and leakage pollution of mineral oil,the environment is serious and the working environment is dangerous,and there are some hidden dangers.Therefore,it is urgent to replace the mineral oil motor with the hydraulic motor with high water base as the medium.In recent years,the research of high water base hydraulic motor is mainly focused on high water hydraulic axial piston motor and high water hydraulic blade motor at home and abroad.There are few researches on low speed,high torque and high water-based hydraulic motor.The swiveling cylinder type high water-based hydraulic motor has high research value because of its good adaptability for high torque and low speed and large torque transmission.Swiveling shaft friction pair is one of the swiveling cylinder type high water-based hydraulic motor's main friction pairs.In the actual condition of high pressure,low speed and high torque requirements,the swiveling shaft will be affected by the large radial force.Under the action of this force complete lubricating water film can not be formed in the swiveling shaft friction pair's annular gap,which aggravate the wear and tear of swiveling shaft friction pair and reduce the volume efficiency of the hydraulic motor.Therefore,the wear and lubrication of the friction pair and the selection of paired materials are the problems that must be studied deeply.Aiming at the problems of the swiveling shaft friction pair,this paper explores through the combination of theory and simulation,and selects pairing material of swiveling shaft friction pair through the text.The main contents of the study are as follows:In theoretical exploration,this paper analyses the stress state and the motion law of the swiveling shaft friction pair and ascertains that the radial force of the swiveling shaft is affected and changed by the emulsion pressure of inner cavity of the swinging cylinder.In addition,water film bearing mechanism,principle of hydrostatic bearing and sealing theory of swiveling shaft friction pair are studied,which provides theoretical support and research foundation for the subsequent simulation research.In the simulation exploration,high water-based hydraulic motor is simulated through AMESim software,which studies the pressure fluctuation law of the inner cavity of the swings cylinder under different load torque,speed,flow and moment of inertia.Moreover,bearing characteristics of water film is studied through Fluent software.According to the simulation results,lubricating water film of initial structure of the swiveling shaft friction pair can not load bearing the swiveling shaft effectively,so the swiveling shaft friction pair is optimized by designing of hydrostatic bearing.In order to further reduce the friction and wear of the swiveling shaft friction pair under high pressure condition,material pairs of the swiveling shaft friction pair is selected through the text,which can reduce the failures or faults of the motor in the material problems.As a result,the working life of the motor is extended and the overall reliability of the motor is Improved.This paper researches on the swiveling shaft friction pair of swiveling cylinder type high water-based hydraulic motor,which is of great significance to improve the volume efficiency and service life of the motor.At the same time,it can also provide reference for the common basic research of other key friction pairs of the motor.
