Train derailment is an important factor for affecting railway safety operation.Since the birth of railway,it has been a hot topic in academia.The main cause of train derailment is track irregularities which is the derailment limit of train derailment.At the same time,railway transportation is the most important mode of transportation in mining area,and its safety is of great significance to coal transportation.Underground mining leads to various deformation of the surface,and passes to the track through the subgrade,which leads to the change of various track irregularity indexes.That may affect the safety of traffic.In order to get the irregularity of the track of the coal mining subsidence area and the corresponding relation between the driving speed and the unequal value,the paper mainly uses the numerical simulation method to carry on the research.First,the mining subsidence model is established by ABAQUS software,and the deformation characteristics of the surface along with the advancing of the working face are obtained.Second,by sorting out the dynamic subsidence monitoring data of several mining areas,the characteristics of subsidence rate of track during mining and after mining are analyzed.By means of numerical simulation,the three-dimensional finite element model of subgrade-track is set up.By changing the angle between track and working face and advancing distance of working face,the horizontal deformation curve of track is obtained.The variation of amplitude,frequency and initial phase is obtained by fitting the cosine function of OriginPro software.The conclusion is that the smaller the angle is,the smaller the horizontal deformation value and the more stable the change.Finally,the dynamic model of the rail-train finite element is set up.By changing the speed,the track subsidence value and the horizontal deformation value,the derailment coefficient and the wheel load reduction rate are calculated,and the corresponding relationship between the speed and the track height and the rail direction unequal value is obtained.Thus,the paper provides the theoretical basis for the line maintenance of the mining area.
