China’s coal mining has brought more and more serious negative effec to living environment. Mainly embodied in the following aspects:plenty good farmland abandoned, surface subsidence cause the rise of ground water level, abandoned coal gangue, coal gangue piles up covers an area of the wind and the rain and the surrounding environment contamination, villagers’house become distort even craze because of surface subsidence, etc. In recent years, with the strategy of sustainable development of the national economy to implement by and rapid development,the contradiction between the nation and land become particularly outstanding. Therefore, the comprehensive management of mining subsidence area and make it be new use, become one of the important problem to be solved。This paper based on the closed down mine of Ning Guo port’s geological environment comprehensive management engineering practice, on the previous explores the gangue backfill foundation is built on the basis of large industrial plants, focuses on the grouting reinforcement mined-out area, make it more suitable for dynamic loading under a large industrial plant construction. The realization of change in mining subsidence area waste land to industrial building land use, greatly alleviate the contradiction of industrial land seriously insufficient; the utilization change in solid waste gangue to building backfilled material, eliminated the piled up coal gangue covers an area of pollution, promoted the sustainable development of mining area;made significant social, economic, and environmental benefits, and it has important application value.The main research contents are as follows:(1) Proceeding the key technology research of the construction of large industrial plant on mining subsidence area,the main research contents already take down the surface instability of the possibility to research;Loose rock mass and elastic rock mass of the roof fell to determine the critical take depth;Tiberium spike in mined-out area surface building load instability research and so on three aspects.Take for yourself down again on the surface activation, goaf existing were once again into the roof at dark, tiberium spikes, pillar, safety coal-rock pillar is the surface load pressure building, and other possible bad geological disaster, the load is proposed on the stability of the industrial park of the surface.(2) Through the reference to the theoretical value and related laboratory soil test and field test performance coal gangue, coal mining area for port of physical, chemical and mechanical properties of engineering characteristic; The obtained data,offered scientific basis for coal gangue as construction of foundation material.(3) Using the ANSYS finite element analysis software on coal gangue and clay composite backfill foundation and grouting and goaf uniformly distributed load and dynamic load model and numerical analysis, can draw in mined-out treatment and the settlement of composite foundation, composite foundation in dynamic loading subsiding regularity of mined-out area before and after grouting, the settlements.Through the graphic display of each ANSYS maximum horizontal displacement, maximum vertical displacement, the maximum horizontal stress and vertical stress is the largest, draw the conclusion is as follows:improve the bearing capacity of the grouting mined-out area; The processing of mined-out area gave composite foundation bearing capacity a larger optimization function.(4) Use dynamic compaction method of subsidence area of layered backfilling gangue composite foundation are strengthened, and combined with take fall fractured rock surrounding rock on mechanism of grouting strengthening mined-out area grouting reinforcement, and through to the subsidence area and strengthening of the treatment on bearing capacity and stability testing, the results showed that districts build industrial workshop will meet the required bearing capacity requirements.
