The winter heating of residents in northern China has always been the focus of national government and people’s livelihood.By the end of 2017,the annual sales of the heat meter in China have reached about 5 million.Because the quality of the heat meter is directly related to the economic benefits of heating users and heating enterprises,relevant laws and regulations of China explicitly include it in the compulsory checklist.This subject aimes at solving the problems such as the calibrating measurement value still needs to be manually entered,poor system integration and general use of high cost universal PC industrial control machine as control terminal.At the same time,in order to meet the demand for leakage detection in the process of heat meter 300h durability test,according to the relevant national standard for the heat meter verification operation process,this subject focused on the design of embedded terminal for automatic verification device of heat meter on mass method and the research on the algorithm of leak detection for this device.First,based on ARM development board which uses S5PV210 microprocessor and Cortex-A8 architecture,this subject set up a development environment through a PC terminal,which cut and transplanted uboot,Linux kernel and rootfs to the development board,so that the development board can be successfully started and run.In addition,based on the miscdevice driver framework,this subject has finished the design of underlying device drivers for each peripheral device.Secondly,based on the Qt5.6.2 software development platform,this subject has finished the design of application layer GUI softwares for embedded control terminal,which mainly completed the design of human-device interaction interface for the various processes involved in the verification process of the operator,the design of each sub module that executes the business function of the application layer,and the function that using the application software through the touch the screen of the embedded control terminal.Then,in view of the demand for the detection of pipeline leakage faults in the verification device during the 300h durability test for the heat meter,This subject chooses negative pressure wave method to collect and capture the leakage signal of pipeline,and uses Kalman filtering,Extended Kalman filtering and Unscented Kalman filtering to simulate the noise pressure signals and has finished the filtering and tracking experiments.Then this subject has carried out the filtering and tracking experiment on the measured leakage fault signal.In addition,this subject has compared the filtering effect of these three algorithms and the capturing effect of the inflection point of the leakage signal.By comparing the running costs of the three filtering algorithms,the Kalman filtering algorithm which can meet the requirements the demand for the detection of pipeline leakage faults and is more suitable for embedded devices is selected.Finally,the debugging of the functions of the embedded control terminal has been passed.The accuracy of the verification device is verified by experiments,which fully meets the overall verification requirements for the two stage heat meters.In addition,this subject has completed the expected goal of detecting the leakage fault of the piping device in the process of heat meter durability testing.
