Power Demand Side Management plays an important role in the present electrical energy scenario now,as an efficient way to reduce the energy waste,to postpone the construction of new plants and to reduce energy consumption.There is of great significance to develop adequately the DSM techniques for the release of energy emergency,enhancing the efficiency and protecting the environment.On the demand side management,the power load control method is an important element.Based on the classification of load characteristics this paper studies the user interactive control technology and uses the TOU in demand-side management to guide the user to change the electricity response behavior.At the same time the results of implementation were analyzed.This paper summarizes the basic concepts of demand-side management and the main content.Based on the existing research a similarity of the load curve classification method is proposed.In accordance with similar accuracy threshold will be set daily load curve is divided into several categories.Through case study the classification results can meet the similar accuracy requirements,can reduce the difficulty of system load classification.Second according to load classification results extract the typical user load curves,designed demand-side load control strategies and processes combining with flexible load management declaration calls interactively.In the comprehensive integration platform build a demand-side load control system and achieve application.Meanwhile introducing distributed power as a controllable load,comprehensive new energy accessing and the load control technology.This approach coordinated the conflicts between grid and distributed power,completing cost-benefit analysis.Finally in DSM price response TOU as the most important means of implementation.Under the consumer psychology theory divide peak periods according to the fuzzy membership function,and establish a TOU price response model of user.Using raw data to simulate,user response model parameters are calculated based on load transfer rate,and completing comparative analysis under the TOU.The results have great significance to the implementation of TOU pricing projects and improvements. |
