Implementation photovoltaic maximum power point tracking and improve the utilization efficiency of photovoltaic cells have been the focus in the field of photovoltaic power generation,in order to realize the two levels of maximum power point tracking(MPPT)of photovoltaic power generation system and improve power transmission efficiency,this topic as the starting point for mathematical model establishment,soft witching circuit implementation and the current control algorithm to optimize other aspect research work.Firstly,the photovoltaic battery array of engineering equivalent mathematical model of the working characteristics of photovoltaic array mathematical analysis and verification.Established the mathematical model of two levels of photovoltaic power generation system,and analyzed the whole system structure of the circuit.Carried on the thorough analysis to Boost DC converter and for some of the DC converter control algorithm are analyzed and evaluated.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic working principle of soft switch,discusses the soft implementation of the zero voltage opening(ZVT)technology is implemented,analyzed the parameters of the auxiliary circuit design based on soft switch.The soft switch of the auxiliary circuit is designed to drive way,and the pattern of working are described and analyzed.Through theoretical analysis and simulation with physical experiment to verify the working principle of soft switch,as well as to reduce switching loss and reduce electromagnetic interference and improve the role of the energy transfer efficiency,etc.In addition,was discussed based on a state based on model analysis and prediction of current inner loop controller design and analysis method,the working mechanism has carried on the detailed mathematical deduction,and gives optimization measures for its easy to induce harmonics problem.Based on Matlab/Simulink,established the whole system of simulation platform.Analyzed simulation results of each part platform and discussed existing problems of optimization measures.Set up the hardware experimental platform of physical experiment carried out to verify theoretical analysis and simulation results,the experimental platform including Infineon 162FL single chip microcomputer as controller of ZVT Boost circuit unit,Infineon 164FN single chip microcomputer as controller of the inverter unit,and together with the necessary peripheral circuit and load motor.On the basis of physical experiment platform for the research content of maximum power point of control and voltage PI control,current predictive control,the feasibility and effectiveness of experimental analysis.
