Heart rate variability(HRV) refers to the subtle differences between successive cardiac cycle, containing neurohumoral regulation a wealth of information on the cardiovascular system, the degree of the heart rate variability is essentially reflect the neurohumoral factors effect on the adjustment of the sinoatrial node.In recent years a large number of epidemiological data indicate that lower heart rate variability indicatesthe poor prognosis for cardiovascular disease,including diabetes, myocardial infarction, hypertension, arrhythmia, such as neurosis, etc., which is a great clinical significance for the related diseases of noninvasive detection.And the key of the heart rate variation analysis lies in signal processing, the current research methods can be mainly divided into three categories: time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis and nonlinear analysis, and the clinical examination is time domain analysis.It is a hot research topic in the field of ecg signal processing in recent years.With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, the emergence of digital mobile medical equipment, makesgreat changes had taken place in the traditional way of medical.Especially some portable intelligent medical equipment, make people for their own health can timely understand and attention, but the heart rate variation analysis in the mobile application at present is still a blank.Android with huge market share and bluetooth in new applications in the field of medical and health care, especially the emergence of the bluetooth low energy consumption(BLE) technology, makes the heart rate variability analysis based on the technology of Android and BLE display system research is of great value and application prospect.The purpose of this paper is to design the analysis and display system of heart rate variation under the android, data acquisition terminal using Mio heart rate bracelets,which get the R-R value between sequence through the photoelectric sensors.The software side via bluetooth communication mode and intelligent hand ring data communication, receivesR-R value between sequenceand spline interpolation, resampling,etc. and then through the AR model to estimate method and bartlett average figure estimate method to power spectrum estimate the processed data to calculate heart rate variation of the spectrum density and related data, in which the parameters of AR model using Burg algorithm to implement.When estimates the power spectral density curve by Simpson algorithm(0.04~0.15 Hz) for low frequency and high frequency band energy(0.15 ~ 0.4 Hz), then you can refer to some clinical indicators, whether the tester to make health judgment.Compatibility test shows that this system is applicable to all the above Android4.3 version of mobile devices,diabetes mellitus patients and healthy people from the actual sample contrast test and analysis show that the system to a certain extent achieves the expected goal.But as a result of the analysis of the different methods of index reflects the heart rate variation of different surface, this system also exist some limitations, but for the frequency domain method for the analysis of heart rate variation on the mobile end application, make its can be anywhere at any time convenient for patients with cardiovascular disease monitoring and prevention is of positive significance.This paper introduces the research background, significance and development prospect, followed by the analysis of the overall design of display system and the key module,then the application of bluetooth 4.0 protocoland communication, the heart rate variation analysis of the present stage of the main research methods and communication, the heart rate variation analysis of the present stage of the main research methods, the last is the software development process in detail under the android, the heart rate variation of power spectrum real-time rendering, and the test and analysis results of actual sample.
