In recent years,with the continuous improvement of productivity and medical standards,people are paying more attention to health.At the same time,the aging of the global population has led to the traditional fixed-point and centralized medical models that can no longer meet people's needs.As an important physiological signal,blood pressure is one of the most important indicators that reflect the function of the circulatory system in the human body.Therefore,blood pressure monitoring has drawn people's attention.With the development of smart mobile,communication technology and cloud computing,the combination of Android mobile terminal,cloud technology and blood pressure monitoring plays an active role in promoting the development of mobile healthcare.According to this background,this paper proposes a cloud-based platform of Android blood pressure monitoring system.Based on the functional requirements and performance requirements of the electronic sphygmomanometer,the structural analysis and design method is adopted,and the waterfall model development process is applied which complete the summary of the system design,detailed design and implementation.The system is divided into three parts: blood pressure signal acquisition end,Android platform client and Hadoop-based server terminal.Blood pressure signal acquisition using the upper arm measurement method and oscillometry indirectly acquire blood pressure-related data: systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and pulse wave.The main function of the Android platform client is to communicate data with the blood pressure signal collecting terminal through Bluetooth 4.0 to realize the measurement of blood pressure and heart rate,the display of measurement results,and the line chart of blood pressure and heart rate.Furthermore,as data communicate with the server through the wireless network,it can realize the user's personal information,blood pressure data transmission.A server is built with a combination of Tomcat and Apache technology,and Hadoop cloud storage platform is built with the main purpose of storage of blood pressure,heart rate data.The system overcomes problems like: professional measurement,inconvenient carry of the traditional Mercury sphygmomanometer.Using the simple operation of the Android mobile terminal software facilitates the family blood pressure monitoring.At the same time,cloud storage solves the pressure brought by traditional data storage mode as the number of users increases and blood pressure data increase,which lays a foundation for the integration,excavation and reuse of big data for medical and health promotion.
