The Research Of Industrial RV Reducer And Design Of Tooling

The RV(Rotate-Vector)reducer is a high precision control decelerator which uses the planocentric mode of the deceleration structure.Because of the number of gear meshing at the same time,the number of gears is more,so it has the characteristics of small and light weight,and also has the characteristics of high rigidity and overload.In addition,due to the clearance,rotating vibration,small inertia,so it has good acceleration performance,and it can achieve smooth operation and obtain the correct position precision.At present in our country,the high precision RV reducer still need to import large quantities from abroad has become the main factors restricting the development of China's industrial robot industry,in order to solve this problem,the researchers should strengthen the theoretical research of RV reducer,and explore the solution to the practical processing of a series of problems.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Complete the design of all parts of the FRV-400C1 decelerator.With the help of Solidworks software,the 3D model of all parts is established,and the 2D drawing is drawn with the help of Auto CAD software.According to the working characteristics of RV reducer and the specific processing requirements,the tolerance and surface quality requirements are formulated,and the design drawing is worked out.(2)Analysis of the transmission characteristics of the RV reducer.By analyzing the structure of the RV reducer,we deduce the reduction ratio,analyze the meshing principle of the cycloid wheel,and deduce the generating equation of the cycloid,and optimize the training amount of the cycloidal tooth profile.(3)With the help of ANSYS Workbench software,establish the finite element model of FRV 400-C1 reducer,the reducer for modal analysis of RV reducer,solving the vibration mode and natural frequency of gear reducer.Statics analysis for RV reducer under the stress state of the parts of the state of stress and strain,determine the reducer weak link and its strength check.(4)Explore the processing technology of key parts of RV reducer,realize the transformation of parts from raw materials to finished products,strictly guarantee product accuracy,deal with the problems arising in the process,analyze the causes of problems,propose optimization and improvement methods.(5)Designing a complete set of tooling for the processing of the core parts.
