With the advancement of "Made in China 2025”,the demand for industrial robots continues to increase.So the robot RV reducer demand is also growing.This thesis is mainly to study the RV reducer.Based on the traditional RV reducer,a new type of RV reducer structure was proposed.First,3D reducer modeling and assembly of the RV reducer,Then,the finite element analysis software was used to simulate the vibration characteristics and meshing forces of the 3D reducer model.Through the use of virtual prototype technology to analyze the transmission performance and contact force of the reducer,Finally prototype the RV reducer,And use a professional test platform to conduct comparative tests on the reducer to evaluate the drive performance of the new RV reducer.This thesis takes the self-designed new RV reducer(CPE-20E-A type)as the research object.Using the finite element analysis method,systematically studied the vibration characteristics of the main components of the RV reducer,the contact force between the cycloidal wheel and the pins,and the influence of the clearance between the cycloidal wheel and the pins on the meshing force.Kinematic simulation of a new RV reducer and a traditional RV reducer(CPE-20E-B).It is found that the new RV reducer is basically the same as the traditional RV reducer in terms of speed,torque,transmission ratio and other transmission performance.The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical calculations.But in the simulation,the peak force of the contact force between the cycloidal gear and the needle tooth of the core part of the new type RV reducer is smaller and the transmission is more stable.Through the prototype processing of two types of RV reducer.Learned the main components of the RV reducer processing technology,reducer structure and transmission principles.In terms of processing technology,the new RV reducer has fewer components,is easier to assemble,and is more productive.Through the performance tests of the two speed reducers,it is concluded that under the same conditions,the performance of the new RV reducer is better than the traditional RV reducer,which fully proves the feasibility of the new RV reducer.Through comparison with the performance of the current international mainstream RV reducer,the rationality of the new RV reducer structure is fully proved.This thesis compared the simulation and experiment to verify the feasibility of the new RV reducer.This will provide important reference for the future research of RV reducer or cycloid planetary reducer,and will lay a good foundation for more in-depth research of new RV reducer.
