Design And Research Of Car Transmission And Main Reducer Assembly

Automotive industry is pillar industry of national economy.The design and manufacture of engine and transmission are the foundation of automotive industry.Transmission,engine and vehicle integration are one of the important signs of judging a car.The research institutes and enterprises that master design and development of car transmission are not too much and still rely on foreign technology.With the popularization of automobiles,there is an urgent need to master the core technology of the transmission design by independent brand.The design idea and method of transmission are studied in this article.Hereby,from the fuel economy,power demand design of transmission ratio,and based on Romax,UG NX8.0 and other software for synchronizer,gear,shaft and shell modeling design,finite element analysis,strength check and noise optimization,the design of ZZG’s 5T15C transmission is set as an example.Finally,through the verification of bench test and vehicle durability test,the theoretical and experimental analyses show that the design process for transmission is a feasible method.
