Research On The Design Of Spatial Function Transformation Of Guangxi Xiangxi-style Hometown B&B

With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,more and more people have chosen to go out for holidays.Tourism has now become a way of life for people.With the increasing demand for quality and taste of life,traditional sight-seeing tours and tourists are not satisfied.At the same time,due to long-term work pressure and living in the more densely-built cities,people are beginning to yearn for natural beauty.In ancient villages and ancient towns,experience traditional culture and experience traditional lifestyles.The development of the homestay not only satisfies people’s needs for space use,but also can experience the unique natural and cultural landscape of the area.There are abundant tourism resources in the north of Guangxi.Yangshuo is the core area of ?rural homestays in the north of Guangxi.The development of the homestay is the product of people’s tourism and experience.The combination of a homestay and a dwelling is an important strategy that can both protect traditional dwellings and develop the economy.In the course of the development of the homestay,due to the lack of theoretical guidance and excessive pursuit of interests by the general public,there has been a problem of over-emphasizing the modernity of the homestay style and blind pursuit of space functions,resulting in imperfect residential functions and the destruction of the original features of traditional residential buildings.This study mainly focuses on the research of the Xiangxi-style B&B in North Guangxi to explore the principles and methods of space transformation that can ensure the traditional style of residential buildings and integrate the functional needs of the public.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces thebackground of the research and the definition of the research content,determines the purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the relevant research and practice development at home and abroad,and formulates the thesis framework and methods for research.The second chapter analyzes the general situation of Xiangxi-style traditional dwellings in the north of Guangxi.The third chapter discusses the types,characteristics and spatial forms of the traditional dwellings in the Xiangxi-style dwellings in the north of Guangxi.Adapting the adaptability of traditional cultureto the spatial morphological characteristics of the traditional folk residences in the northern Guangxi province.The fourth chapter of the thesis mainly discusses the development of the rural bed and breakfast in the northern part of Guangxi in the context of tourism economy.Mainly through the analysis of the causes of the homestay,the actual investigation and case analysis of the bed and breakfast,summed up the problems existing in the Xiangbei-style homestay in North Guangxi.The fifth chapter of the paper analyzes the consumer space demand of Xiangxi-style country bed and breakfast,and analyzes the rationality of spatial transformation through related cases.Finally,it summarizes the principles and strategies for the transformation of the spatial functions of the rural bed and breakfast in northern Hunan province.The sixth chapter takes the traditional residential houses of Shemenling Village in Yanshan District of Guilin City as an example to carry out the design practice and inspection of the hotel.Conclusion: The homestay is a product of the development of the tourism economy and is an important strategy that can both protect traditional dwellings and develop the economy.On the basis of preserving the traditional form of Xiangju-style dwellings in northern Guangxi,the spatial functions of the dwellings were modified and designed so that they not only maintain the original characteristics and cultural implication of the traditional Xiangxi-style dwellings in northern Guangxi,but also adapt to current tourism.New features of holiday functions.Provide theoretical guidance and reference for the development of rural homestays in the north of Guangxi.
