Automobile and its parts and components industry is one of the most important industries in the world today.With the rapid development of the automotive industry,global auto product recalls and claims caused by quality problems have also risen sharply.As an automobile or parts manufacturing enterprise,we must realize that the quality conformity of its products is directly related to the safety of consumers ' life and property,quality and quality management should be the lifeline of their management and the main source of the core competence of enterprises.The CS Automotive Parts Company(hereinafter called CS Company)is a supplier of the automotive supply chain,mainly engaged in the design,production and sale of sensor products which are closely related to the driving safety of vehicles,because of the particularity and importance of the products and the problems exposed in the process of quality management.It is meaningful to do case study from the perspective of quality management.Firstly,this paper discusses the status quo of quality management of CS Company through On-the-spot investigation and practice participation,including the company's quality management policy,Target and vision,quality management system constitution,and the division of responsibility of quality management process.After that,through data collection and trend analysis,this paper expounds the main problems such as quality management system,new product quality planning,supplier quality management process,process quality,quality control whole process,and quality management consciousness.Secondly,through the in-depth analysis of the problems,the main reasons for these problems include: quality culture and quality of strategic awareness,quality system and management process lack of systemic,quality management requirements implementation is not in place,and other major reasons for the next step to find the direction of improvement.Finally,applying the relevant theory of quality management,this paper puts forward the promotion countermeasures based on total quality management,including reshaping company quality culture and quality strategy consciousness,promoting the quality culture and quality strategy of total quality management,and carrying out the layered audit system to strengthen the consciousness of total quality management;constructing systematic quality management system and process,through the construction of quality management system and process based on the concept of total quality management,as well as the internal audit mechanism to supervise and improve the system operation under total quality management,to improve the execution ability of quality management requirements,to implement the problem solving method based on quality tools,and to carry out multi-level training and assessment system for grass through the implementation of these measures,for CS company to establish a clear strategy in line with their own development,improve the management system,as well as the excellent implementation ofthe team's overall quality management system.Based on the principle of the combination of goal-oriented and problem-oriented,that is,from the quality particularity of CS company products and the contradictions and problems of quality management system,this paper puts forward the problems,analyzes the problems,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on the theory of quality management and the theory connection practice.It provides some reference value for the improvement of quality management level of similar automobile parts enterprises...
