Bulldozer is a kind of widely used earthwork machinery,mainly excavating,transporting soil and unloading soil.It plays a very important role in the construction process.The front work device is the main working part,which is very important in the process of engineering construction.It's also the most vulnerable part of bad working conditions.The front work device is made up of various components,so every component can exert a great influence on the whole machine regardless of strength or size.In actual work,often due to heavy load impact,a key component of the former working device is damaged and the bulldozer is invalid,and the construction progress of the whole project has to be stopped.This paper mainly studies and analyzes the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of a pre-working device of a bulldozer,which is improved by propaganda and research and development,and improves the competitive strength of the production of integrated products,and the upgrading and upgrading of the original model.In order to save costs,improve product quality and improve the design of bulldozers,it is necessary to verify the front working device of the bulldozer.This topic first uses the SolidWorks software to establish the 3D model of the bulldozer's front working device,respectively,to model the parts of each part of the bulldozer's front work device respectively.After the design is completed,the parts should be assembled separately,and the parts are divided according to the different relations of the parts.Do not assemble into the primary assembly with some characteristics,add the constraint fit to each primary assembly again,make all parts complete the virtual assembly.Then,through the interface technology of SolidWorks and ADMAS,the virtual prototype of the bulldozer's front work device is imported into ADAMS.The main research of this topic is the change of the position and force of the front working device under the lifting condition and the tilting condition,and the influence of the interaction between parts and parts on the blade movementduring the movement,and how the effect is produced.It doesn't care about the details of the 3D model.Therefore,the virtual prototyping model can be directly saved as an intermediate format without modification,that is,the x T format will be introduced into ADAMS to run the simulation analysis later.In the virtual prototype,ADAMS is used to analyze the dynamics and kinematics of the T165 front device,and the following conclusions are drawn.(1)the motion freedom and kinematic performance of bulldozer front tooling are all required under lifting and roll working conditions.(2)the kinematic performance of the mechanism and the force of the various hinge points of the bulldozer are in accordance with the calculated data.
