Bulldozer is a kind of short distance transporting machine, which is widely used in various projects these years .That make scale of human explore nature bigger and bigger. Date and quality huge concrete project will not be guaranteed without bulldozers.There established model of bulldozers working part which based on the project 410 heavy bulldozer in 3D design soft Pro/E, which are analyzed later with ANSYS software in the parts of dynamic and structure strength. DOF and load of the working part are calculated ; roll agencies as the same as elevator agencies is be analyzed of which distance, angular velocity, speed and acceleration etc parameters. The bulldozers structure strength and stress have been analyzed with load, work condition and the parameters above. With analysis results, redesign the bulldozer blade which is reanalyzed later, check data and so on.The work and result which mainly does in this paper are as follows:1. There will be known that status of bulldozer development home and aboard, based on the plenty of literature read, and research procedure should be presented.2. 3D model would be established with Pro/E (3D design soft mentioned above) according to 2D drawing, which is simplified under the condition that simplified model should approximate the real one. In this opinion, the bulldozer blade has been seemed as an entire part because of the blend area welded by the thin steel boards. That is cancelled in the model established.3. Forming the bulldozer virtual prototypeCheck whether the quality and moment of inertia of the bulldozer working model which is transformed from Pro/E by the interface program named"Mechanism Pro for MSC.ADAMS v 12"is consist with the attributions in Pro/E model.4. Dynamic analysis on the bulldozer working device The result conclude the design of the bulldozer is reasonable on the data of speed, acceleration and movement curve which is analyzed through the dynamic analysis on the roll and elevating movement.5. The structural intensity of the adverse working conditions of the bulldozer blade was confirmed, the force characteristics of the bulldozing blade on adverse conditions was researched,the load of the adverse conditions was computed.6. Analyzed the bulldozers attachment on different operating conditions,established the finite element model of the bulldozer blade, using ANSYS to analysis the structural intensity of the bulldozing blade, shows the cloud map of the stress of bulldozer blade under different conditions, the analysis shows:â‘ The partial condition stress of the bulldozer blade is bigger than the middle condition,so only the partial conditions should be considered on the strength calculation. the stress values on Backplane are greater than the stress of panel,this is due to the beam respectively pushers, improve fuel tanks, diagonal bracing roll bearings and bearing the fuel tank,their performance on the backplane for the role of the multi-point focus of the anti-role,because the panel mainly in the distribution of work load,Even if the right point of the to the top ,it was only partial obstructions. Therefore, in the design of bulldozer blade full consideration should be given to the stress on the backplane of the larger value.â‘¡For the panel,the maximum Stress is on where the load gives, on the edge of where the load gives the stress value decreases rapidly,This is because the bulldozer blade more room closed box structure.â‘¢The large-scale bulldozer attachment adopt a large plate welding closed box structure better able to bear loads,for reasonable structure and sufficient strength.7. According to the structural strength analysis of the,the structure of the bulldozer blade was improved,and the bulldozer blade improved structural strength was analyzed,the result shows the stress and deformation of the improved bulldozer blade was obviously smaller,a better support for load was done.The analysis result of the can be a valuable reference for the design and analysis of bulldozer blade,manufacturers can use this result to know the stress distribution and deformation situation,and the results of this analysis has been applied in the actual production. The result is good for the design of the bulldozer blade.
