With the ever-increasing economy,the needs of all walks of life have also been constantly changing.At the same time,modern lifestyles have caused irreversible damage to the ecological environment.Therefore,in modern production,we must adhere to the principle of sustainable development of ecology.Therefore,safe,high-efficiency,energy-saving,and environmentally friendly continuous conveying machinery is what the current material handling field needs.Under this background,this paper studies a kind of pipeline air-cushion belt conveyor.Compared with the traditional air-cushion belt conveyor,this paper has many advantages,such as the structure of the device is fully enclosed,reducing noise pollution,air cross-contamination;Special structure,it can be used for underground transportation,and the large amount of transport,taking up space and other advantages.This paper combines the design method of universal belt conveyor and the design method of air-cushion belt conveyor,and conducts in-depth research on tubular air-cushion belt conveyor.First of all,it analyzes the principle,designs the structure,and finally designs a set of suitable air cushions.The design scheme of the belt conveyor;Second,mathematical modeling of the conveyor system,analysis of its air cushion field;and then,combined with the current air cushion belt conveyor problems,such as pressure drop,heavy load start-up problems,respectively The air chamber and the air hole were improved and innovated.Finally,the simulation of the air cushion flow field and the key component innovation of the tube air cushion belt conveyor was verified by the finite element simulation software.The verification of the example shows that the tubular air-cushion belt conveyor has a reasonable structure,the air cushion is stable,can meet the transportation requirements,and has high reliability;in addition,the structure of the key components(air chamber,air hole)is optimized.Analysis of simulation results can be concluded that the structure can reduce the pressure drop in the air chamber and reduce the starting power ofthe conveyor.
