With the increasing of energy crisis and environmental pollution,battery electric vehicles have attracted more attention.In recent years,China's battery electric vehicle industry has also been developing rapidly.The electrification degree of battery electric vehicle is increasing day by day.It takes a long time to work under high pressure,and it is faced with many safety problems such as fire and explosion during operation.However,the development of China's automobile service industry lags behind,which leads to the lack of competitiveness of Chinese automobile enterprises in service,and how to maintain high research value on the maintenance of battery electric vehicles quickly.At present,computer technology is applied to many industries of people's life,and plays a huge role,but the application of battery electric vehicle is relatively few.Combining computer technology with battery electric vehicle maintenance technology to build a maintenance information retrieval system,it is of great significance for maintenance personnel to analyze the failure of battery electric vehicles.Based on the database maintenance mode,it can solve the problem of low efficiency of manual guidance mode and not easy to modify,thus alleviating the workload of maintenance personnel,making the work much less difficult.This paper mainly studies the common faults,fault causes and fault handling methods of battery electric vehicles and develops a battery electric vehicle maintenance and retrieval system with software programming and database technology.Firstly,the fire accident of battery electric vehicle in China was statistically analyzed in recent years,and the preliminary analysis of the fault of battery electric vehicle and its components was completed.Secondly,fault tree analysis based on fault tree analysis is used to analyze the fault cause of driving motor to improve the reliability of driving motor.The results show that the parts with the highest probability of driving motor failure are bearing and stator winding.On the basis of the research on the cause and form of the fault,an effective solution is put forward.Based on failure mode,influence and hazard analysis,the failure process and reason of power battery pack were analyzed,and the improvement scheme was put forward.Finally,using C# as the programming language and SQL SERVER as the database,a battery electric vehicle maintenance and retrieval system was developed to provide support for the maintenance of battery electric vehicles.
