As an important transmission part,gear is widely used in industrial production.Although the research of gear is quite mature,with the development of computer,it has broken through the stage of studying gear by experience summary,especially the appearance of some special gear software,which makes the gear design and analysis more important.It is simple and quick,and more accurate and reliable.Based on the existing theory,the influence of the center deviation of the helical gear and the deformation of the supporting gear on the meshing performance of the gear is analyzed.In KISSsoft,the gear system is discretized and the gear contact stiffness displacement matrix model is established,and the load distribution of the tooth surface under the center deviation and the deformation of the supporting device is calculated.The gear is modified by KISSsoft,and the contact performance of the gear after modification is verified by ANSYS.(1)a gear system model was built under the KISSsoft gear module.The meshing interference problem of gears,the problem of gear clamping,the size of slip rate of gear surface are examined,and the gear model is ensured to be accurate.(2)considering the influence of the spatial position deviation of the center line of the gear,the distribution of the tooth surface load and the meshing transfer error under the change of the center line displacement,the angle change and the angle change are calculated under the KISSsoft.Considering the influence of the deformation of the supporting device,the load distribution and the meshing transmission error of the gear system with flexible supporting device are analyzed.(3)based on the function of the optimized screening of KISSsoft,the tooth surface is modified in general and with a drum shaped spiral.Taking the tooth profile and profile modification as variables,the peak value of gear meshing error,the distribution coefficient of tooth load distribution and the load value of tooth surface are taken as the objectives.Multi variable and multi-objective optimization of gear modification is carried out.(4)static and transient finite element simulation of gears with modification and non modification is carried out under the consideration of center line deviation and support device deformation.The static and transient tooth contact conditions of the gears are compared.It is verified that the optimized modification of KISSsoft can reduce the partial load of tooth surface and improve the contact strength of tooth surface.
