Production logistics is an important part of production activities in the machine shop,and its operation quality directly affects the production efficiency of the workshop.The traditional logistics management method cannot adapt to the modern production management mode,facing the trend of the increasingly digitalization and information development of the marine diesel engine supporting enterprises,most enterprises are transforming from the traditional production mode to the information technology,and the logistics management mode of the machine adding shop needs to be changed.RFID technology(RFID)has the function of non-contact and information storage,which can meet the control demand of logistics process in production activities and realize the unification of logistics and information flow.This paper studied the logistics management and operation mode of RFID in marine diesel engine supporting enterprises.In this paper,the RFID technology and its advantages are introduced.On this basis,the characteristics and process of the production logistics in workshop are analyzed,and the existing problems are summarized.Combining the advantages of RFID technology and the existing management information system of the enterprise,the logistics management and control mode of the marine diesel engine matching enterprise based on RFID is put forward,the general framework is set up.Secondly,the key technologies involved in the production logistics of Marine diesel engines are studied,including logistics information collection research,RFID tag data format design,logistics information processing and application,logistics equipment and information integration.The collection of logistics information is based on the selection of RFID data collection points,according to the characteristics of materials and cutters,the RFID label data format of materials and tools is designed,and the data acquisition process based on RFID is given.For the processing and application of logistics information,the characteristics of RFID data are analyzed.RFID middleware is used to filter the data,and the pre process model of the original data is set up,and the required content is obtained.Finally,in order to meet the needs of the upper level MES workshop management system for real-time data,an integrated control platform is proposed,and XML technology is used for information integration.Finally,a set of logistics management and control system is designed and developed,which realizes the functions of logistics process management,logistics data management and logistics equipment management,and carries out trial operation in the enterprise.
