Machinery manufacturing is an important category in manufacturing, and machine shop is the main production unit in machinery manufacturing. In the machine shop, the problem of production logistics is the outdated logistics methods and the management cannot meet the requirements of complex situations. Because the traditional production logistics technology and management methods cannot adapt to modern production technology, it is necessary to innovate the production logistics methods. As an important component of the digital machine shop, production logistics system possessed smart features for the fusion of information and automation technology. But due to the current research and applications of small, how to combine production logistics system and features of production logistics in digital machine shop is still a problem to be solved.In this paper, according to the characteristics and existing problems of production logistics in machine shop, researching the framework of production logistics adapt to digital machine shop, and based on this framework design a production logistic system. It enables the production machine shop logistics to be automation, information and smart, and solve a series of problems in the process of production logistics. It also improves overall machine shop productivity and management level, to lay the foundation for the full implementation of the Smart Manufacturing.Firstly, analysis the characteristics of the production and logistics processes, summarize the existing problems, combined with the research of logistics automation system, proposing the framework of production logistics for digital machine shop. To depth-analysis the process of production logistics, which process is divided into three phases, including scheduling-beginning phase, main logistics phase and ending logistics phase.Secondly, researched the key technology in production logistics of digital machine shop, including processing technology of production logistics information and logistics scheduling and route planning technology. Processing of production logistics is divided into three phases which is information collection, information integration and information application. In this paper, proposed a process which through the logistics equipment collecting logistics information and achieving heterogeneous data isomorphic by the information integration based on XML technology, then take data mining, machine learning and other means to process the logistics and further proposed logistics equipment integrated control method. For the scheduling and planning of logistics, proposed a method detached unrelated factors of logistic to build production logistics operating plan and using the plan to realize the route planning of logistics equipment by improved AFSA.Finally, design the production logistics system for digital machine shop according to theory and methods about production logistics, achieved the informatization, smart management and automation in machine shop, enhance the digital machine shop production logistics management.
