RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)is an important Internet-detection technology,which using non-contact RF signal recognition methods to identify the target to achieve worldwide real-time object tracking and location.It is one of the key technologies of modern logistics engineering management systems.Based on the analysis of modern logistics information technology in the latest research trends,description of the development of RFID technology at home and abroad as well as the current application of RFID technology,considering the actual production logistics management system in Guangzhou Mitsubishi Automobile,the applications of RFID technology in modern logistics Engineering System is explored in the thesis.The main work are as follows:(1)based on discussion constitution and the basic principles of the RFID technology,comparative analysis between RFID and bar code,voice,magnetic cards and other identification technologies,introduction of the electronic tags and readers and implementation process and system data exchange in RFID technology,the feasibility of integration between RFID and logistics is investigated.(2)According to the main problems exist in three processes of modern logistics project as storage,transportation,and distribution of products,The design on application of logistics engineering systems and the implementation of RFID technology integration on logistics storage,transport and distribution are carried out,aiming to achieve convenience of statistics,query,information,real-time tracking and delivery of goods during personnel cargo management.(3)Considering the requirements in the production regulations,flexible production,materials pulling in MES manufacturing execution system,environment improvement of paint shop,the need to study the logistics system based on RFID technology,the implementation necessity of RFID technology-based logistics system in Guangzhou Automobile Mitsubishi Motors assembly plant is discussed.(4)According to the production logistics model and process in Guangzhou Automobile Mitsubishi Motors assembly plant,The RFID application in the three segments of logistics system as storage,transportation,distribution is performed.And the design on production logistics system applications including four functional modules as workshop production management,production line visualization,RFID tags and sho’p floor management are finished.Based on B/S and J2EE,the production logistics system application program on automotive assembly plan is also developed.(5)Through the practice of RFID technology in Guangzhou Automobile Mitsubishi Motors production logistics,prove enterprise,The information management efficiency during parts warehousing,transportation,distribution is proved to be increased significantly and the automobile manufacturers management is more transparent,which provides to facility to the closed-loop information management among the supply chain in logistics,customer service and life-cycle automotive products.
