| China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly in the past 10 years.With the continuous improvement of the automobile industry level,people’s demands for comfort in the cabin are becoming increasingly demanding.Car air conditioning can adjust the temperature and humidity of the air in the car,improve the flow of air in the car,and improve the cleanliness of the air.Therefore,as one of the most important automobile systems to adjust occupant cabin comfort,automobile air conditioning is becoming more and more concerned by automobile manufacturers and researchers.HVAC is also known as automobile air conditioning assembly system,mainly including evaporator,warm air core and other components.Automobile air-conditioning outlet air temperature uniformity is crucial for vehicle crew compartment comfort a index,the index can clearly judged whether the car air conditioning system can effective and fast regulation of temperature distribution of the crew compartment.Therefore,the linear uniformity of air outlet temperature of automobile air conditioning has great research value.This topic according to chongqing an enterprise provide the five 3D model of automobile air-conditioning and performance indicators,using the computer servers and CFD simulation software,mainly studied the following three aspects: first,the five CFD simulation of automobile air-conditioning HVAC assembly model,get the inside of the each model the temperature distribution in flow field;Second,according to the simulation data of received FULENT in analysis of various air-conditioning HVAC assembly within the characteristic of temperature field,the resulting each model wind crossing the linear temperature,and analyze the outlet temperature uniformity of the linear.Three,according to each of the air conditioning outlet temperature uniformity of the linear analysis,to select the current has a model of optimal linear uniformity of the temperature of the air conditioning,and further air-conditioning HVAC assembly,analysis of the temperature field in optimization scheme is put forward,according to the modified air conditioning model optimization and simulation calculation,will receive the latest simulation structure compared with the original model plan.The optimal solution is selected and get the best temperature linearity after optimization. |
