| With the improvement of people's living standards,people's requirements for car comfort are also getting higher and higher.In order to meet people's demands for indoor comfort of automobiles,most cars are equipped with air-conditioning systems now.In the daily car driving,the indoor temperature of the car basically meets the needs of the people.However,in the hot summer season,after the car is exposed to the strong outdoor sun,the sudden rise in temperature in the car room can be intolerable.In this case,immediately turning on the air conditioner is a very unwise choice.Because it consumes fuel and damages the air conditioning system and the engine of the car at the same time.In addition,the interior decoration of the car will emit harmful substances because of the high temperature,but it can't disperse.This will do a lot of harm to the people who come back to the car again.In order to solve the problem of high temperature in vehicle interior and to avoid or reduce the damage to the car and the human body,it becomes the focus of researching the indoor temperature field and the flow field of the car.Research people entering the car after exposure to the car,and to open the windows for natural ventilation,in order to achieve rapid reduction of the temperature inside t he car,and the harmful substances in the interior of the car can be emitted,has become the key of the problem.On the basis of previous researches on the temperature field and flow field in the vehicle interior,this study adopts the method of combining experiment and simulation,and divides the window-opening method into nine kinds of situations and studies them separately.First of all,the temperature of 12 measuring points(head,abdomen and foot of 4 passengers in front and back of the car)was tested and analyze the change of temperature field inside the car under different window opening methods.Then the transient simulation of the temperature field and flow field in the car chamber was carried out through Fluent and analyze the change of temperature field and flow field inside the car under different window opening methods.Finally,The experimental results and simulation results were compared to verify the accuracy of simulation.This paper studies the temperature field and flow field in the ventilation of the car after exposure to the sun in the initial stage of start-up,which basically solves the problems mentioned above.It can reduce the indoor temperature rapidly,and achieved the purpose of saving energy.At the same time,it can also reduce the damage of harmful substances to human body and the damage of running air conditioning to the car at high temperature.Based on the experimental and simulation study of ventilation and cooling at the initial stage of automobile start-up after summer exposure show these: First,after the car was exposed to the sun,that is,at the moment 0 of the test,the temperature of the 12 measuring points in the car room was: head> abdomen> foot;Secondly,on the whole,the extent of cooling is getting smal er and smaller as time goes by;Third,the location of the measuring point is different,and the way of the window with the best cooling effect at the measuring point is different;Fourth,at any time,the temperature distribution inside the car room is very uneven,each point of the cooling rate is not the same,in general,the more upward,the temperature changes faster;Fifth,the flow rate was Stratification phenomenon,the more upward,the greater the flow rate;Sixth,among the nine kinds of windowing modes,the fully window opening is the best way of cooling effect inside the car room,after the 200 seconds cooling,the car interior temperature is almost close to the outdoor temperature of 38?.The research work tried the feasibility and effectiveness to research of the high temperature in the car interior after exposure to the sun,and provided the related technical attempt way and the effectiveness technical foundation. |
