With the vigorous development of domestic green buildings and energy-efficient buildings.People began to pay attention to the actual operational performance of green buildings.The requirements for comfort and health of the space created by the buildings are constantly increasing.Due to the low standards of green building construction and the lack of daily maintenance supervision.Some green buildings have not achieved the expected energy saving effect and indoor environmental quality.The highlights of these problems have not only attracted the attention of scholars and experts,but also made the society all over the world begin to pay more and more attention.Therefore,in recent years,many theoretical and practical researches on the actual performance monitoring of green buildings have been carried out.Although certain effects have been achieved.There are still many problems such as lack of basic building information,lack of evaluation content,single evaluation form,lack of long-term planning and systems,etc.The scientific green building actually runs evaluation criteria.The survey results of the overall energy consumption of green buildings show that the energy consumption of public buildings accounts for nearly half of the total,which has an important impact on the energy consumption of various buildings.This paper selects a typical green public building as the research object,uses literature sorting,case analysis,survey research and comparative analysis method.The paper studies the applicable technology of Dalian green public buildings and residential buildings from the perspective of post-occupancy evaluation.A typical green public building is selected for post-occupancy evaluation,and the operational effects are evaluated from four aspects: energy consumption evaluation,indoor physical parameter evaluation,users' satisfaction of environmental quality evaluation and service performance,and the evaluation level is determined.The specific research content has the following aspects:Firstly,the paper investigates the overall development status of green buildings in Dalian and the energy-saving technologies of 16 green buildings.It compares the applicable technologies of Dalian green public buildings and residential buildings.And then analyzes the applicable technologies of cold coastal cities.Three typical green public buildings in Dalian were further investigated,technically analyzed,and indexed.Secondly,the indoor environment monitoring of a typical green public building in Dalian is carried out in summer and winter.The environmental quality mainly include indoor thermal environment,light environment and air quality.The measured results of the indoor environment were analyzed.Finally,the paper analyzes the energy consumption of the green public buildings,the evaluation of indoor physical environment,the evaluation of users' satisfaction of environmental quality,the evaluation of service performance.The evaluation level is divided according to the service quality and energy consumption of the building environment.The research results of the thesis provide data support for the green buildings' performance improvement,feedback design and optimization design evaluation of green public buildings post-occupancy evaluation system from single technology to a complete one,which can provide a powerful reference to the actual running performance of green buildings in China's cold coastal cities.
