With the improvement of the technical level of the equipment manufacturing industry,the customer's quality requirements for the product are also increasing,and products become various,complexible and market cycle short.In order to quickly respond to market demand and seize market opportunities,enterprises must have flexible production equipment.The flexible production line(Flexible Production Line,FPL)can adapt to the multi variety and batch production mode,which can help enterprises to respond quickly to the change of product market demand.Therefore,flexible production line is gradually favored by many enterprises.This paper researched the process quality control and prediction technology of flexible production line,with great significance for ensuring machining quality.Supported by "high grade CNC machine tool and basic manufacturing equipment"-"demonstration application of flexible machining production line for medium and heavy vehicle transmission shell",The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Researched the extraction of critical quality characteristics of complex parts.The complex network model was constructed to calculate the main topology parameters of the network,and the critical features of the parts were extracted quantitatively according to the correlation of the features in the processing of the shell parts.The critical quality characteristics were extracted on the basis of analyzing the corresponding relationship between feature and process and quality characteristics.The critical quality characteristics extracted would be the main objects of quality control and prediction.(2)Researched the factors and their control methods which affecting the process quality of flexible production line.The 5M1 E factors that affect the process quality were analyzed and corresponding control measures were given.According to the actual production situation of an enterprise,the personnel factors and equipment errors were emphatically analyzed and corresponding suggestions and control measures were given.(3)Researched the flexible production line comprehensive process capability evaluation method and economic control technology.The traditional process capability index and process capability evaluation process were expounded.On the basis of the single critical quality characteristics,the evaluation method of the comprehensive process capability of the flexible production line was studied.The formula for calculating the best deviation of the mass distribution center of the mass loss and the loss of the rebuilt products was derived in order to achieve the purpose of economic control,and an application example was given.(4)Researched prediction technology of critical quality characteristics of flexible production line.According to the characteristics of fixed production line and centralized process,the traditional GM(1,1)model was used to realize the dynamic prediction of quality characteristics.The least squares support vector machine based on particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to modify the residual error,and the predictive value of dynamic GM(1,1)model was combined with the residual correction value to get the combined prediction value.The example shew that combined prediction improved the prediction accuracy.Combined forecasting provides technical support for process quality prevention and control.
