There are more and more large steel structure buildings in China,and the trend of diversified and complicated structure forms.The traditional construction method can no longer meet the requirements of its refinement and quantification.The traditional structural design object is the building's forming structure,and there is a big difference in the mechanical performance of the structure during the construction phase.At the same time,safety accidents often happened in the construction stage,so it is necessary to carry out numerical simulation and real-time monitoring of the construction process.Based on the study of construction mechanics and monitoring theory,the paper takes a large-span steel truss project as the research object and carries out the numerical simulation analysis of the construction process.The construction process is monitored in real time.The main contents and results of the study are as follows:(1)Based on theoretical knowledge of construction mechanics and research status at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the analysis principle of construction process and the characteristics of construction mechanics,and studies the different forms of structural instability and stability analysis theory.At the same time,the principle of monitoring theory was elaborated in terms of monitoring principles and monitoring methods,and points out the importance of simulating and monitoring the construction process was.(2)The engineering overview of a large-span steel truss project is introduced in detail,summarized the common installation methods and advantages and disadvantages of large-span steel structure construction,A detailed construction plan is formulated andthe construction phase is divided according to the characteristics of the project.The Midas/Gen finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the construction process,and quantitatively analyzed the stress and displacement changes of structures during different construction phases,study the law of displacement and stress curve during structural construction.Through the linear and nonlinear buckling analysis of the stability of the structure,the influence of the buckling mode,the position of the load,and the initial defects of different degrees on the structural stability is obtained.(3)The monitoring system is composed of 70 displacement monitoring points and84 stress monitoring points based on the results of numerical simulation analysis and the characteristics of the project.The monitoring points have a wide range of monitoring points and a wide range of reliability and pertinence.Through the monitoring data to master the mechanical state of the structure during the construction process,the actual monitoring results are compared with the numerical simulation calculation results.The results show that there are differences between the two but the deviation is not large and the trend is basically the same,to ensure the safety of the constructionThe results of the study indicate the rationality of the numerical simulation method and the construction method.Through the numerical simulation and monitoring practice of this large-span steel structure construction process,it provides a reference for the construction and monitoring of similar projects,and accumulates experience for further research on such topics.
