Since 2001, after the successful Olympic bid, China ushered in the climax of the development of large-span steel structure. However, as a result of its large span, the technology of steel structure is complicated. And the load in construction process is very different with the design load, irrational construction process and technology can often lead to structural damage in the construction process. So, effectively simulate before the construction of the structure is very necessary.This article is based on a lot of basic engineering research. Taken Wanda Mau water park as the research object, simulate by finite element analysis software MIDAS Wanda Mau water park actual construction process and methods to analyze the feasibility of the construction program and guidance from pre truss arch, provide the basis for optimizing the construction program and to develop a reasonable construction process. The main contents are as follows:1) First, a detailed description of the basic theory of construction mechanics and conventional construction process simulation analysis. By comparison, for large and complex structures, the most reasonable method of construction is the use of finite element method analysis to a one-time construction modeling analysis conclusion of the entire structure of the state.
