| With the intensification of the energy crisis,the concept of green sustainable development has become the main trend of the future social development.Residential building is one of the main types of civil buildings,and its energy consumption equipment has been increasing rapidly along with the development of urbanization,Thus,the energy saving and consumption of residential buildings has an important role in promoting the energy saving work of the whole society.At present,there are many energy saving measures for buildings,but often adopt a single energy saving mode or technology,lacking of overall coordination,resulting in energy saving effect is not ideal.Therefore,on the basis of fully studying the existing energy saving technology,this paper puts forward the building energy saving strategy of the active and passive mixing in order to achieve the goal of comprehensive energy saving.Firstly,parametric modeling of a residential Xi’an City,using BIM technology,according to the factors and the region’s climate type energy-saving optimization is proposed based on the energy saving measures to optimize the passive building orientation and shading component,simulation analysis and use Ecotect simulation tools to achieve architectural energy saving before and after optimization,the simulation results show that the application of the energy saving measures after the building energy consumption has been reduced significantly;secondly,the use of local abundant solar energy resources,making the roof of distributed photovoltaic power generation scheme suitable for residential buildings,and the influence factors of photovoltaic powergeneration is optimized by using Ecotect and Sketchup software,to maximize use of solar energy resources,after using the Sunny design software tool to realize the power of photovoltaic system the amount of simulation;finally,according to the architectural design and active passive control in energy saving based on the advantages,a passive and passive energy saving framework is built.Based on the correlation between passive design elements and indoor temperature,a neural network temperature prediction model based on principal component analysis is proposed,and energy consumption control strategy is formulated based on principal component analysis.Through the verification of the performance of the model and the energy saving effect of the building,it is proved that this method has realized the comprehensive energy saving target of the residential building.Based on the specific residential building application model in Xi’an,this paper starts with the energy saving strategy of active and passive mixing,and provides an effective comprehensive energy-saving plan for energy efficiency optimization of Xi’an residential buildings. |
