As China's demographic dividend has gradually disappeared and the number of migrant workers has been reduced,the assembly building gradually reflects its unique advantages.Compared with traditional cast-in-place construction,prefabricated buildings can effectively reduce the number of on-site construction procedures and construction personnel,and reduce the use of temporary support and templates.But in contrast,the prefabricated construction designing institute and the absence of sufficient investment management unit,the unreasonable prefabricated production scheduling,structures and construction parts are not unified phenomenon,lead to cannot be achieved by industrial production,the work cost,construction efficiency decrease,seriously hindered the promotion of prefabricated construction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the scheduling optimization of prefabricated building components.The paper summarizes the production process of automatic assembly line of traditional prefabricated housing.The characteristics of the production management of prefabricated units are analyzed.The multi-objective optimization model of prefabricated residential prefabricated units with the goal of project duration,manpower,capital expenditure and minimum variance is established.Vector Evaluated Particle Swarm Optimization Based on Pareto(VEPSO-BP),and on the basis of introducing dynamic population model is established Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization based on Dynamic Population(MOPSO-BP),which effectively avoids the single particle swarm algorithm easy to fall into local optimum and search the defects of low accuracy.Finally,combining the reality of a prefabricated housing production project,through Matlab prefabricated production for prefabricated housing multi-objectiveoptimization model for the simulation calculation,can suggests that MOPSO-BP algorithm under the condition of satisfy the relevant constraints,and can get the project resources and consumption tends to minimum variance of multi-objective optimal solutions,which provides a more effective prefabricated production line production solution,and provides theory basis for subsequent prefabricated housing production enterprise to optimize the allocation of project resources.
