Studies On The Scheme Evaluation For Regeneration Old Industrial Building

The recycling of old industrial buildings is an inevitable trend of China's rapid economic development and industrial restructuring.Through theoretical research and in 30 cities throughout the country 148 regeneration of old industrial building project,the survey found there is very great blindness in regeneration plan project,the project whole life cycle of safety,quality,etc.There is a big problem.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the reuse of old industrial buildings through scientific methods.In order to improve the accuracy and scientificity of the reutilization scheme of old industrial buildings,this paper carried out a study on the optimization method for the reuse of old industrial buildings.The main research is as follows:(1)Research on the basic theory of recycling program design for old industrial buildings.Based on the domestic and foreign research status and literatures,this paper systematically sorted out the theoretical basis of the old industrial building structure,and put forward the existing problems in the project plan for the reuse of old industrial buildings.(2)Study on the evaluation index system for the reuse of old industrial buildings.Through field investigation and research team,combined with relevant standards,analyses the influence factors of old industrial building design,the method of using structural equation model(SEM)construct the index system for evaluation of the old industrial buildings.(3)Study on the evaluation model of reuse of old industrial buildings.By means of qualitative and quantitative evaluation method to analyze the characteristics and applicability,combine to establish the scheme evaluation index system,selection of matter-element extension method of recycling of old industrial building scheme evaluation model is set up,respectively to the quantification of index system,the establishment of the correlation functions,scheme evaluation standard and process and so on are analyzed in one by one.(4)study on the evaluation case of the reuse of old industrial buildings.Dahua 1935 project for example,the use of recycling of old industrial building scheme evaluation model to evaluate the project to regenerate the feasibility of quantitative evaluation results,verify the feasibility and applicability of the model,provide the basis for subsequent project scheme decision and guidance.
