Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of short construction period,low construction environment requirements good quality and so on,which is in line with the development concept of modern architecture.At present,China is actively introducing the relevant standards and regulations of prefabricated buildings to promote the development of prefabricated buildings.However,the construction cost is too high has become an important factor restricting the development of prefabricated buildings.How to reduce the cost is of great significance for the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings.In order to effectively control the construction cost of PC building,this paper analyzes and studies the construction cost of prefabricated building by analyzing the construction cost of prefabricated building.The main work is as follows:(1)Through literature research,the development and research status of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad are comprehensively analyzed,and the urgency and necessity of reducing the cost of prefabricated buildings are pointed out.(2)The composition of life cycle cost of prefabricated buildings is analyzed systematically,and the specific meaning of constrution cost to be studied in this paper is clarified.(3)By analyzing the factors influencing the cost of PC building construction,the index system of cost prediction is constructed,and the correlation analysis and selection of the index are carried out to ensure the reliability of the index system;The fuzzy pattem recognition theory is used to screen the sample data of completed engineering cases,which improves the accuracy of cost prediction.(4)The Elman neural network model optimized by BA algorithm is used to predict the construction cost of PC building.the error curve between the predicted cost and the actual cost is drawn through training simulation of sample data,which verifies the reliability of the prediction model.(5)By analyzing the cost difference of small high-rise building and high-rise building under different PC rates.It is concluded that the construction cost increases with the increase of PC rate and the change proportion of various costs,and the specific measures for cost control are put forward.(6)Combined with the proposed project case,the feasibility of the prediction model and the accuracy of cost analysis are verified.The research of this paper provides a theoretical basis for cost prediction and cost control of PC building,and can provide reference for similar projects.
