In recent years,with the increasing contradiction between the energy demand and the environmental resources,the distributed power based on wind power and photovoltaic power has become the inevitable trend of the future development of the power system.However,as wind resources and solar energy resources are not controlled in time and region,the output characteristics are random,volatile and intermittent.The irrational planning of distributed power supply will have a serious impact on the stability,reliability and economy of the power system.This paper first expounds the purpose and significance of the research on distributed power grid planning,analyzes and summarizes the current status of distributed power technology and its capacity optimization research,and establishes three simulation models of wind power,photovoltaic power and energy storage devices based on MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation platform,which are simulated and analyzed the output characteristic curve.Then,in view of the wind and scenery hybrid electric power system,the optimal allocation model of distributed power capacity is established considering the integrated investment cost of distributed power,and the game theory is used as the main frame to establish a capacity optimization game model,which takes the investors of wind power,photovoltaic power and energy storage as participants and their respective capacity as the strategy.The theory system of distributed generation planning is improved..In order to solve the problem that the traditional ant colony algorithm is prematurely stagnant and easy to fall into the local optimal solution,the ant colony algorithm based on the ant colony evolution mechanism is proposed to solve the Nash equilibrium solution of the game model.At the same time,a risk factor based cooperative alliance income distribution method is proposed,which meets the costrequirements of different game players with different risks and promotes the stability of the cooperative alliance.Finally,taking the environmental resources of Dingbian County of Shaanxi Province as an example,this paper establishes a non cooperative and cooperative game model for the distribution optimization of the distributed power supply,and obtains the optimal allocation scheme under different game modes.Through the analysis,it is shown that only in the cooperative game model,can each player save the cost of investment and get distribution electricity.The optimal allocation scheme of the source will maximize the respective interests.A distributed optimization configuration software based on Labview platform has also been developed.
