In recent decades,With the continuous improvement of living standards and material conditions, the demand for liquor has grown rapidly. And this puts forward new requirements in terms of architectural form and scale for liquor yeast making structures into the deepening stage. This paper discusses the feasibility and adaptability of the high-rise liquor yeast construction through the design and research of Xifeng high-rise liquor yeast making center. In traditional liquor yeast making process,The entire production is completed in the single-layer factory building and The layout of building functions is based on the process of liquor yeast production. However, with the development of society, the scarcity of land and the continuous increase in costs,as well as the further demand for production and efficiency,it has become more difficult to build according to traditional architectural forms,All of these have made the trend of building form shift from a single layer to a multi-layer more obvious. In this situation,Through effective design,The transformation of single-storey traditional architectural forms to high-rise has become the focus of this study. The design of the high-rise liquor yeast making center belongs to the industrial architecture design,Therefore,in the entire design process,we must pay attention to the entire production process of liquor yeast making.Under the circumstance of respecting traditional production techniques,Achieve the unity of innovation in architectural forms and functional requirements.Combine the architectural forms and production processes organically without affecting the quality of liquor yeast making.Make the building change from a single-layer forms to a multi-layer.
