Slab-column structure is an important structural form in modern building.It has the advantages of lower structure layer and flexible space layout.Due to the complex mechanical mechanism of plate and column joints,the brittle failure and the small lateral stiffness of the structure limits the popularization and use of slab-column structure.Adding edge beam can effectively improve its overall force performance and increase the stiffness of the structure.In this paper,we adopted the method of theoretical analysis and numerical modeling.Through establishing a spatial beam-shell finite element model on slab-column structure with edge beam or not,this article compared and analyzed respectively slab-column structure under vertical load and horizontal seismic load.It summarized the law of internal force and displacement of slab-column structure under influence factor such as length of column section,column pitch,plate thickness,size of edge beam,number of floors,and analyzed the internal causes of law generation.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)The article carried out the force and deformation analysis on three components of slab-column structure including edge beams,plates and columns and analyzed the influence of each stiffness on the overall stiffness of the structure.(2)Through establishing the spatial beam-shell analysis models of two structures,this article calculated and compared respectively the law of internal force and displacement of slab-column structure with edge beam or not under vertical load under different factors including length of column section,column pitch,plate thickness and size of edge beam.It also analyzed the influence of edge beam on slab-column structureunder different variables,and conducted a mechanism analysis.At the same time,the article performed the function fitting of the plate deflection change rate,and analyzed the effects of each factors on the edge beam.(3)Using seismic response spectrum calculated and analyzed the law of structural intrinsic property,internal force and displacement of slab-column structure with edge beam or not under different factors including length of column section,column pitch,plate thickness,size of edge beam and number of floors.It also analyzed the influence of edge beam on slab-column structure under different variables,and conducted a mechanism analysis.At the same time,the article performed the function fitting of the vertex lateral change rate,and analyzed the effects of each factors on the edge beam.
