| Since 2011,our government has promoted BIM technology and issued a number of encouraging policies,which has made the application and research of BIM technology develop rapidly in China.The application in program design quality has become one of the research focuses among scholars.Traditional assessments rely on program stages or different design majors.As a result,those assessments are not applicable for BIM-based programs,for they cannot reflect the program design characteristics and assessment criteria.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to carry out BIM-based program design quality assessment researches.The paper comprehensively expounds the application and research status of BIM technology in China and abroad.Furthermore,it systematically analyzes the impact of BIM on program design quality and summarizes the assessment criteria.Through screening the criteria,a design quality assessment system based on BIM technology is established,and the precision and practicability of the system are verified through case analysis.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the literature review,this paper analyzes the differences between BIM-based methods and traditional methods during program design period,and summarizes the shortcomings of China’s current architectural design quality assessment system.(2)A questionnaire is designed to investigate the influencing factors of design quality.The investigation results are analyzed by factor analysis method,SPSS and SPSS AMOS software,and the assessment system is preliminarily established.Then,by applying the Bayesian network method and GeNIe2.0 software,the assessment system is largely optimized.(3)Combined with a certain engineering case,relevant data of design quality assessment system is extracted,and analysis is performed to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the assessment system.(4)Based on theoretical and applied researches,this paper enriches the design quality assessment theory of BIM-based programs,and provides new methods and ideas for architectural design quality assessment and design quality improvement of BIM-based architecture. |
