Automatic material sorting in the enterprise automatic production lines,product lines and automated warehouse is widely used.Automatic material sorting and manual sorting compared with the sorting accuracy,high efficiency,less artificial advantages,based on the sensor and vision system,automatic material sorting control system,can quickly and automatically determine the size,color,material,etc.of the production line material to ensure the sorting efficiency and accuracy.The main goal of this design is to design and develop a set of training system for automatic material sorting equipment control system,the sorting system can be used as automatic control,repetitive programming of mechatronic training equipment to meet the school mechatronics Professional students comprehensive training needs.The control system involves a variety of sensor technology such as photoelectric sensors and vision sensors,mechanical technology,electrical and electronic technology,inverter technology,motor drive technology,pressure control technology,human-machine interface technology,the application of various technologies in training Platform,let students through the practice of t raining platform,be familiar with automatic production line testing,transmission,processing and implementation of the process control system,be familiar with the mechatronics.The design of automatic material sorting control system for the principles a nd functions of research and analysis,first determine the use of modular design methods,and then determine the material sorting system of this article by the feeding unit,the delivery of detection unit,handling unit robot,Classification storage and st orage modules and other modules.First of all,based on the teaching and training requirements,this paper determines the overall design of the system,and the basic composition and layout of the system are studied and analyzed,focusing on the function of each unit of the system and the overall function of the system were analyzed and designed.The controller selects Mitsubishi FX3U-48 MT series PLC as the controller;the actuator adopts SMC cylinder,universal stepper motor,Mitsubishi inverter and Mitsubi shi servo motor as drive components;the sensor selection uses OMRON photoelectric sensor to check the color,Use Omron's inductive sensor to detect metal,use Omron's vision sensor to detect machining graphics and so on.Secondly,the control system is designed,mainly the electrical system design,the control design of each unit,programming and man-machine interface design.Finally,the program of each functional module of the system is researched and analyzed,and the simulation and online test of the p rogram are also done.The results show that the control system achieves the design purpose,meets the teaching needs,improves the teaching effect,and the system is easy to use and maintain.
