The online inspection station of car-body in white is detection part of the body line manufacturing and production,can detect the key parts of the car-body in real-time,therefore,it is necessary to put forward higher requirements for the reliability of the system and it is imperative to realize the fast and efficient monitoring and management of the whole system.Based on the existing measurement system of the car-body in white,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the on-line measurement station,improving the measurement speed and communication security,the digital visual sensor designed on the embedded Linux system is designed,combining with the measurement and control system of the car-body in white.In this paper,the hardware configuration of digital vision sensor is higher,and the bottom layer is developed based on sensor module,which has function of image acquisition and real-time processing,to replace the image acquisition card of existing system and streamline the system structure;a more perfect communication protocol is desighned in the data link layer,which makes the communication more efficient and safe,with the support of the existing system and application layer.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the online detection system with the fault rate and simple but not safe communication protocol problems,the overall design of the digital visual sensor is completed acoording to the structure of improved online measuring system.2.In this paper,we built the embedded Linux system development platform based on the Cortex-A8 S5PV210 core ARM processor combined with the requirements of this system,and complete the development environment of the hardware layer,the middle layer and the software layer.3.The image acquisition function of the digital visual sensor is designed on the embedded system development platform,which is completed with the Camera CMOS driver development,and set aside the application interface API to facilitate the development and improvement in the future;to complete data communication function combined with the measurement and control system's downlink communication mode of RS485,based on the OSI protocol reference model in the system supported by physical layer and application layer correlation function to achieve implementation of data link layer communication.4.Complete the test of the various modules of the digital visual sensor,analyze the experimental results and summarize the results of the system function test to meet the requirements.5.According to the system has been completed to summarize the digital visual sensor with the analysis of its advantages and significance based on the problems and further development of the work,improve the views and suggestions for the future work.
