Pelagic fishery is an industry with high energy consumption and high cost.With the development of era,the traditional metal halide lamp shows many drawbacks.Saving energy and reducing consumption of deep sea fishing boats,which is of great significance to reduce the production cost,improve production efficiency;increase the income of fishermen and even for environmental protection and so on.And with the development of semiconductor devices,people put forward the LED instead of the traditional metal halide lamp,which is because the LED fishing light has many advantages such as long life,low power consumption and small size,light sources with directional and no light pollution and so on.However,LED fishing light cannot get a good promotion;one of the main reasons is the LED fishing light driving power cannot achieve good performance.Combined with professional and market demand,this thesis designed a high-power and energy-efficient LED fishing light power supply.The power supply not only to achieve the stability,but also to achieve the purpose of energy saving and reduce fishing boat load by high-power output and high efficiency.According to the requirements above,thesis is the use of switching power technology.Thesis discussed the principle of PFC circuit and LLC resonant converter and described the relevant reference design,then designed a LED fishing light power prototype with energy-efficient,which power up to 600 W,to make the initial verification.Thesis analyzed and verified that the application of redundant technology and new switching devices can improve power efficiency.There are six chapters in this thesis,the first chapter mainly introduced the engineering application background of the design and the research significance and put forward some relevant design requirements and application technologies.Chapter II and Chapter III introduced the principle and the corresponding characteristics of two-phase interlaced CrM Boost PFC and input-series-output-parallel LLC resonant converter.Chapter IV and Chapter V provided reference design of power supply.In sixth chapter,an experimental prototype of 110 V / 5.5A / 600 W was produced and tested,and some advices were put forward.Based on the theory and analysis of the prototype,thesis confirmed that PFC circuit and LLC resonant converter can achieve high-power power supply.The two-phase interlaced parallel CrM Boost PFC can enhance the efficiency while improving the stability of the power supply.Input-series-output-parallel LLC resonant converter not only can achieve high efficiency by soft switch,but also can make high-power LLC resonant converter design to become easier.The use of new devices can reduce the overall size of the power supply to enhance the power density of power supply.The application of redundancy technology can reduce switching device stress;enhance the stability of the power supply.The power supply can achieve self-cooling by its low heat and fast thermal conduction measures.
