Research On Maintenance Risk Management Of Subway Equipment

With the rapid development of Guangzhou metro,the subway line has 391.7 kilometers,and Guangzhou city plans to build a 1000 km subway network in 2030.The passenger flow has increased rapidly.At present,the daily average passenger volume is over 7 million 600 thousand passengers and the maximum daily passenger volume exceeds 10 million 26 thousand passengers.It has taken over 44% transit passenger transport tasks in Guangzhou and the passenger flow is strong.Degree first in the country.The total number of employees in Guangzhou subway is more than 23000 people.The company faces many pressures in human resource management,staff training,employee safety education and human cost.There are some problems in the internal communication management of employees and the discipline management of employees.In order to provide high quality and efficient passenger service and reduce operation cost,Guangzhou subway can use equipment outside maintenance to reduce operation cost and solve some personnel management problems in order to provide high quality and efficient passenger service and reduce operation cost.There are risks in outsourcing maintenance of metro equipment.Only reasonable and effective risk management can Guangzhou Metro benefit from the outsourcing maintenance process.From the perspective of project risk,based on the risk management theory,combined with the maintenance characteristics of the subway equipment committee,this paper expounds the risk management process of the maintenance of the subway equipment outside the Committee.Taking the Guangzhou subway PIDS(passenger information display system,PIDS)as an example,this paper identifies 11 risk factors that affect the maintenance and management of PIDS by investigating the historical archives of the project,visiting the participants and consulting the relevant documents of the project,and using the questionnaire method to each risk.Conduct risk assessment and test the credibility of the evaluation data.Risk probability and risk level are calculated by questionnaires,and the risk values of each risk are calculated.According to the rank of risk value,it is the risk of bidding that identifies the key risk.In order to prevent and control the key risk of the maintenance of the Guangzhou subway PIDS,this paper puts forward the way to find out the general situation of the potential unit of PIDS,and quantifies the scores of potential units by the list,which can effectively reduce the risk of the failure of the bidding.The risk management of the outside maintenance of the Guangzhou subway PIDS is the basis for the risk control.The project has passed the acceptance of the Guangzhou subway group at the end of 2017,and the cost of saving manpower is about 14000000.
