The reliability of distribution network as the basic index to reflect the management level of power Supply Corporation and safe operation level of power system.It gets more and more attention in network planning and design ? Equipment Maintenance Opera ? making and customer services etc.As one part of the whole power system,distribution system is the most close to customers,that effect on reliability and quality of power supply to user.The purpose of the reliability study is to identify the distribution-network's weaknesses and make improvements,and to provide electric customers with more safe and reliable electric power to get the best economic and social benefits.This paper first summarizes the implementation significance of the reliability of the distribution network and the development status of the technology at home and abroad.Then,taking the distribution network of Guangdong as the research object,this paper analyzes the reliability of the distribution network in the area,the current situation of the fault handling and the existing problems,and based on the gray relational analysis of the factors affecting the reliability of the distribution network primary and secondary sorting for the future to improve the reliability of the development of distribution network to provide theoretical support.Then this paper deeply analyzes the influence factors of the power supply reliability of the distribution network.Based on correlation analysis,data are processed to measure the degree of influence of different indicators on power supply reliability to find out the main factors that affect the reliability of power supply,and based on examples,the corresponding measures to improve power supply reliability are put forward.Through the grey correlation analysis,it is found that there is a strong correlation between the ring network rate,the transferable rate,the average length of the line and the evaluation index of the power supply reliability.Therefore,the three indexes can be improved to improve the reliability of power supply.Finally,based on the results of mathematical statistics,this paper establishes an algorithm for the reliability evaluation of distribution network based on the combination of intelligent algorithm and machine learning.The model takes full account of various factors affecting the reliability of power supply.It is suitable for the situation of multiple input variables,and provides a more comprehensive analysis and evaluation of power supply reliability.It provides a scientific and effective reference for guiding power supply enterprises to develop strategies for improving reliability.
