With the continuous development of science and progress, in the production and life, people's dependence on electricity has become strong. In recent years, with the concept of "strong power grid" is put forward, people also gradually began to pay attention to the power supply reliability of the power grid. In power system, distribution network undertakes 70% of transmission capacity, 80% of the fault occurred in distribution network, thus, distribution network is an important degree in power system, and the raise of power supply reliability in distribution network is very important to the power supply reliability. However, for long time, our country has always attached great importance to the link of generation and transmission, pays less attention to the link of distribution apparently, what is obviously not commensurate with the importance of distribution network. It brings inconvenience to the production of people's life and at the same time also limits the further improve of power supply reliability in China. This needs us to further focus on distribution network, and take measures to ensure the power supply reliability in distribution networkFirstly, the influence factors of power supply reliability in distribution network are analyzed and summarized such as: structure of distribution network, natural environment, equipment fault and other factors. Then the grey correlation analysis method is introduced, and data according to the distribution network existing in our country is analyzed and calculated, the result shows that the main influence factors of the power supply reliability in distribution network in China, are the rate of dual power user, planned power outages and power supply radius. Then the basic theory and evaluation index of the power supply reliability are introduced, and the method of Monte Carlo is introduced. The power supply reliability of Hulunbeier is simulated through the existing data, and the results are analyzed. Finally, this article puts forward reasonable suggestions for improvement in the structure from many respects according to the characteristics of the distribution network, and analyzes the state overhaul and charged operation effect on improving the reliability of the power supply. In addition, it also suggests the use of advanced technology to reduce the fault rate of distribution network, and hopes to the improvement of existing power supply indicator system, and strengthen the management of distribution network. Power supply reliability in distribution network will be improved to some extent through the above five kinds of measures.
