With the increasing demand for electricity in our country,the gap between energy supply and demand has increased,and the problem of serious environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent.China's electricity load and transmission capacity of long-distance transmission lines is increasing,the decrease in grid stability and higher power quality makes the traditional power grid can not meet a variety of loads,and this decrease also can't meet the request about the environment and policies.Distributed generation of renewable energy has the advantages of green cleaning,low end-user costs and the like.However,A large number of different distributed power supplies access to the grid,and the supplies will lead to the decline of power system stability and make power quality worse.In order to solve these problems,the distributed power and load should be regarded as a whole,and the entirety can be a kind of controlled micro-grid.After examining the development of large-scale glass-forming company(referred to as “large-scale glass factory”)and the actual situation of micro-grid project in a certain village in the south of China,a large-scale glass factory-related smart grid solutions for large industrial users is designed.This solution can improve large-scale glass factory power supply level with high quality and environmentally friendly.The main contents are as follows:First of all,project overview of large-scale glass factory was investigated and the project design principles,design goals,funding estimates and the project needs are prescribed,the current plant power system and photovoltaic power supply system are investigated.The glass factory's local day,January and a year of photovoltaic power output characteristics and load characteristics are derived.Then,the design points of three aspects of micro-grid design goals,micro-grid design content and micro-grid main functions are described.After comparing the grid structure scheme,the system design scheme of the new battery energy storage system is confirmed,meanwhile,the program design of battery energy storage is described in detail.By establishing the mathematical model of cost-benefit of each unit and the objective function of capacity optimization configuration,the optimal energy storage configuration is obtained by MATLAB genetic algorithm.Finally,according to the actual situation,the electrical part of the factory and electrical secondary part of the specific design are proposed.Arranging the appropriate communication and civil engineering,out of consideration for the operation and maintenance,the project eventually adopts the container-type distribution room civil construction program.The project design investment estimates and financial evaluation were investigated.The conclusion that the return on investment of this project is lower than the market level,but with great social benefits is obtained.This paper fully demonstrates the positive significance of smart microgrid about improving the power supply reliability and energy consumption management.Plant grid in this case will be a more secure,reliable,clean,efficient and economical smart micro grid,which will bring a great influence and promoted the popularization of microgrid.
