With the increasing consumption of resources and energy as well as the emission of environmental pollutants,the flow measurement with accurate measurement and optimization control,as one of the three testing parameters in the industrial field,plays an important role in energy saving and emission reduction.In order to reduce the influence of flow field distortions caused by turbulent flow components such as double-twisted bends and shrink tubes on the flow measurement,and improve the accuracy and stability of flow measurement,this paper takes "Flow conditioner performance evaluation method research and installation optimization based on CFD" as title,and researches on flow conditioner CFD modeling and simulation method,CFD-based flow conditioner performance evaluation method and CFD-based flow conditioner installation optimization,etc..The purpose is to promote the flow conditioner application development and improve the flow measurement accuracy and stability,with important academic value and practical significance.The project has been funded by Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Project(2016A040403044).Aiming at the performance evaluation and installation optimization of flow conditioner,the CFD modeling and simulation method of flow conditioner,the performance evaluation method of CFD-based flow conditioner,and the installation optimization of CFD-based flow conditioner are proposed in this paper,so as to promote the development of flow conditioner technology.The main works of the paper are as following:? According to the current situation of the flow conditioner,the current performance evaluation efficiency and installation optimization of the flow conditioner are expounded.The background and significance of the project are also presented.Meanwhile,the research progress of flow conditioner performance evaluation based on CFD is analyzed both at home and abroad.? Combining with the characteristics of flow conditioner application,CFD modeling of flow conditioner is studied.The CFD model of flow conditioner that is suitable for two types of spoiler components,which are double twist pipe and shrink tube,is established and its own characteristics are analyzed.At the same time,the CFD-based flow conditioner performance simulation overall process is proposed and the performance evaluation and analysis process of the standardized flow conditioner is proposed.? Combining Etoile conditioner,AMCA conditioner,Laws conditioner and NEL conditioner,the CFD-based flow conditioner installation optimization framework was established and the four CFD simulations were carried out to analyze their respective downstream of the distribution of flow characteristics of a device in the downstream installation optimization.
