Research On Construction Of Urban Residential Area System And Controlling Index System Based On The Concept Of Spongy City

Due to the high utilization of urban land,the original natural underlying surface has been replaced by different forms of reinforced concrete patches.The following is the reduction of ecological functions,such as the purification of environment,the conservation of soil and water,the reduction of runoff pollution,the supplement of groundwater,the improvement of water environment,and the mitigation of disasters.The frequent occurrence of urban water crisis initiates continuous reflection on the concept of traditional rain and flood management.Jointly promoted by the central and local governments at all levels,related industries and academic fields,the Ministry of housing and urban and rural construction has formally proposed the concept of sponge city based on the concept of sustainable ecological development in 2014.And the corresponding technical guidelines has been issued as well,which has been named Technical guide for the construction of sponge City—the structure of Low impact development Rainwater system(Trial run).At this point,the related research and practice of sponge city has entered a new stage.The construction of rainwater resources utilization system in the residential area is of great significance to the water ecological construction of the city.The traditional housing planning and construction are overly hard.There are a series of water environment problems in the construction of landscape environment such as lack of knowledge of the value and ecological benefit of rain and flood resources.At the same time,a large number of artificial drainage systems have been built.There is not enough comprehensive management for the use of rain and flood resources in residential area.All these make it very risky in front of the city's rain and flood.On the basis of connotation of sponge city,this paper integrates the concept of sponge city into the construction of residential area,and puts forward the concept of sponge housing.Based on the analysis of the four elements of sponge housing area--spongy bodies of building,spongy bodies of road,spongy bodies of square,spongy bodies of green area.The rainwater infiltration system,rainwater purification system and rainwater collection and utilization system were built.On the basis of the existing residential controlling index system,it adopts frequency statistics,analogy analysis,theoretical analysis and Delphy Fa to select sponge residential area controlling index.This can guarantee the scientificity,dynamics,independence,systematicness,classification controlling and guidance.Finally,taking Zhangjiakou as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation of residential construction and the construction conditions of sponge city based on general situation of natural geography,general situation of society and economy,general situation of water resource and its development and utilization status.Then it chooses Zhangjiakou's suitable technology for sponge city and builds the system for the comprehensive utilization of rainwater,refines and quantifies the controlling index system of the construction of sponge housing,puts forward the corresponding controlling requirements.
